Summer 2026 is quickly coming to a close, but I can say with conviction that after multiple, fun-filled days on the water, as I approach the floating dock with our new Yamaha, I am now feeling more skilled.
It’s true, I am more poised and self-assured.
Regrettably, however, these positive feelings of mastery didn’t arrive without first smudging the shiny black finish on our fancy 222 SE jet boat.
On a good note, my fix-anything-husband was able to buff out the blotch I made as I cut the corner too close leaving the marina after a meal.
